I just wanted to thank all of you for another great year! Our team is doing so well and growing as a true competition team and I could not be happier w all of you guys! As you know we placed 40th moving up 19 places from last year. As we continue to compete in regional comps we will hopefully keep getting better at “the big show” as well.
The week went really well and I want to thank Erik and Frank for some great food! No one went hungry and we had plenty to go around. Thanks to Dusty, Brian, John, Australian Nick for all the help in the kitchen. Thank you to Sapana, Mike W, Laura, J and R, Jamie and Aaron, and anyone else I am forgetting for all the great sides and help! So many folks helped I can’t remember.
To all of you that worked so hard during Load In/Out thanks a ton!!! Travis even said today it went way smoother than usual! Buddha, Mike, Jamie, Kenn, Cedrick, Brian, Chad, Danny, Win, Misty and Yanks, thank you! Again I know I’m missing folks so apologies.
Thank you to Brent and all the folks at Holliday Flowers for letting us pillage the warehouse and helping create a great tent yet again. As always we can’t do any of this without you!!!
A new thanks to Chad Rodgers for taking over the bar this year as well at Justin and Tripp for helping him when it got busy! It worked out really well this year and we were able to actually make money for the week! Thank you Sapana for a ton of Jell-O shots that made for many members, including myself, have some pretty horrible mornings.
